Our Venues

All of XOXO 2024's official programming is held at the former Washington High School, located at 1300 SE Stark St., a historical landmark built in 1924, which was an active school until its closure in 1981. After being vacant for over 30 years, it was redeveloped into a mix of bars, event spaces, and offices.

If you're mapping directions or taking cabs, just search for Revolution Hall. You may get inconsistent results looking for Washington High.

Revolution Hall

Our main stage programming — the Conference and Sideshow — is held inside of Revolution Hall, Washington High School's former auditorium on the second floor of the building, now converted into one of Portland's best music venues.

During the day, entrance to Revolution Hall is limited to Theater Pass attendees only, but all passholders are welcome to watch the livestreamed talks at the Park Stage.

The Park and Park Stage

The park at Washington High is our main social space, with our bar, food carts, and ample picnic table seating.

The park is dominated by a huge tent, which we'll use for Arcade during our opening party on Thursday night. On Friday, the Park Stage will be used for our Art+Code and Indie Media Circus events on Friday during the day, the livestreamed simulcast of our Sideshow and Conference programming on Friday night and Saturday daytime, and our Closing Party on Saturday night.

Reserved seating during livestreamed programming at the Park Stage is reserved for Park Pass attendees.

Show Bar

On the ground floor of Washington High, Show Bar is a full bar with vegan-friendly menu and a big patio overlooking the park. On Friday, Show Bar becomes the location for Tabletop Game Jam during the day and our Tabletop event at night. On Saturday, they're open early from noon until 11pm.

Also Inside

We're not scheduling programming there, but there are two other great locations inside Washington High: the Roof Deck and Martha's.

The Roof Deck is open weekdays from noon until late, with spectacular views of the city and a full bar. (No minors after 6pm.) Just take the elevator to the roof.

On the ground floor of Washington High, Martha's is a great coffeeshop and bar open daily from 7:30am to 3pm, also with an outdoor patio overlooking the park.
