When to Stay

We publish a detailed schedule shortly before the festival, but that doesn't help everyone if you're trying to plan your stay.

In short, we recommend coming in during the day on Thursday, September 5 and leaving on Monday morning, September 9 if you want to experience everything XOXO has to offer.

An overview of the 2019 schedule is below to assist your planning.

Thursday, September 5

• Noon–7pm — Early Registration
• 7–11pm — Opening Party

Friday, September 6

• 8am–7pm — Social / Attendee-led meetups, parties, and special events around Portland
• 7–11pm — Video / Screenings of some of our favorite video projects with creator Q&As
• 7–11pm — Arcade / Play the best upcoming indie videogames with their creators in our popup arcade
• 7–11pm — Tabletop / Play some of the best of the indie card, board, and RPG game scene with their designers

Saturday, September 7

• 10am–5pm — Conference / Artists and creators sharing their stories.
• 7–11pm — Story / A night of live podcasts and storytelling
• 7–11pm — Arcade / Play the best upcoming indie videogames with their creators in our popup arcade
• 7–11pm — Tabletop / Play some of the best of the indie card, board, and RPG game scene with their designers

Sunday, September 8

• 10am–5pm — Conference / Artists and creators sharing their stories.
• 7–11pm — Closing Party
